Engineering

Starting with the client’s idea or concept, our emphasis is on crafting a project that meets the specified requirements. The primary goal in this phase is to validate, both technically and economically, various potential alternatives for addressing the presented problem or need. If required, Basic Engineering for a project can be requested. This is advisable when there is a necessity to present or budget engineering projects in order to estimate approximate costs, project timelines, and the required resources.

Detail Engineering takes place after the complete definition of the product and precedes the commencement of final or serial production. During this phase, comprehensive documentation for the manufacturing and assembly of the product is generated. This includes the final material calculations, specification of commercial products to be procured, determination of manufacturing processes, establishment of lead times, and the formulation of control processes.

We offer Process Engineering services, involving the examination and delineation of activities to be sequentially executed for the creation of a final product in accordance with predetermined specifications. This service includes the development of technical supporting documentation and the documentation of the entire manufacturing process (such as Process Sheet, Operation Sheet, Gantt chart, etc.).

Reverse Engineering is a method employed to extract technical details from a part, mechanism, structure, or machine for analysis with the goal of devising an alternative solution that replicates the original function precisely. The new solution takes into consideration specific requirements outlined by the requester, including design optimization, time efficiency, cost reduction, ease of assembly, ergonomics, and more.
